Byrne Family Weekly Menu: 2/17



Here is our menu for this week. It's a big week in the Byrne House because Caroline's Fifth Birthday is on Friday! I can't believe she is turning five. I feel like we just brought her home from the hospital. We always have a birthday week in our house, so I am making all of the Caroline's favorites for dinner. - Oven Bacon: Preheat oven to 425, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil/parchment. Place bacon on lined baking sheet. Cook until crispy about 15-20 minutes.

- Egg Pasta with Broccoli + Lemon: Prepare the pasta of your choice and during the last two minutes of cooking add in two handfuls of broccoli florets. Drain and toss in a large bowl with juice of one fresh squeezed lemon, a few drizzles of olive oil, fresh parmesan, flaky sea salt and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Easiest pasta dish ever and Caroline's favorite.
