Make a list.
Do you ever feel like you are on a hamster wheel? I find myself feeling this way often. I make to-do lists in my planner and also one on a notepad, but another list I started making was strictly a list that says "Things to make my life easier this week."
I put it in my notes section in my phone and make the list on Sunday. Some weeks the list is long and other weeks I don't have much to add. It really just depends on what else is going on.
