Garden Update + Announcement

It's been awhile since I've written a blog post, and I thought I would kick off the first one of the year with an update on our garden, plus something I'm excited to share. We are slowly starting our indoor seed trays and planning what we would like to plant this spring/summer. Since, I am taking the flower garden to another level, meaning I have a seed buying problem... we are going to add two more narrow beds along the fence. It could be a total mistake because we have deer frequent our yard and it could just become their snack bar.

I'll be posting an IGTV soon showing what the garden looks like right now and sharing in more detail the plans we have for the spring/summer. We plan on planting of course, a ton of flowers, more lettuce, carrots, peas, two more bare root roses, herbs, radishes, and a few more goodies. I can't wait to be out in the garden all the time in the spring. In Georgia, spring usually comes around in early March. I hope that reigns true this year.

Okay, so for some news. I'm thrilled to share that I'm going to be starting Whisk Grow Home Design. Essentially, I'm going to be starting a Kitchen Garden consulting business. I love gardening with all of my heart and I want to help others who want to learn and have their own garden. I'll share more as the spring comes, but I couldn't keep the secret any longer.
